Open box means you can order whenever you like, adding multiple purchases into one big box and only pay shipping when you close the box. Please note that boxes will not be shipped until the box has been closed and postage has been paid. This is ideal to grab small releases/limited items.

How do I set it up?

To start an open box - all you need to do once you have chosen your products is select START OPEN BOX at checkout. You can then continue to add to your box whenever you choose using the ADD TO OPEN BOX option and CODE at checkout. You'll pay for your products as you go but no postage will be applied until you close your box and we will store your order.

To close your open box - When adding your last product, choose the CLOSE OPEN BOX option at checkout and your postage will be applied.

An open box order is £4.50 postage unless your order is over 2kg in which case we will contact you via email. The open box option should not be used as a free postage option. If this is incorrectly used your order will not be dispatched.

How long can I keep it open?

No more than 6 months. If you are nearing the 6 month mark we will send you an email.
